It was a bit complicated so it was escalated and now helping me was Jose Delgado, the branch manager. Even though in the big scheme of things this was a trivial matter, both of these men took their time, listened to the problem and handled the issue in the most professional way possible. They were able to fix the problem. My sincere thanks, and tip of the hat to these two team members.

He has helped me in sending $ to foreign countries as well as checking to see if something is legit. Ken is also helpful and there are not enough good things to say about Phylis!
