- CBChrissy BeeDec 30, 20221.0Their slogan is that they are “the most convenient bank” well THIS branch is FAR FROM THAT. I went in to cash and deposit a check (something I’ve done every week for over a year without any issue at other locations) and they gave me an attitude and refused to do it, saying with a smile and a laugh that I would have to wait for my funds until Tuesday since it’s a holiday weekend. So I drove 2 miles south on 110 to the other TD Bank branch located by Starbucks, and they not only took care of my request, but did it without any attitude. Look who’s laughing now! Based on all these terrible reviews, I hope the corporate office closes the Walt Whitman Rd branch soon!

Very mean, rude, judgmental and overall seems like w toxic environment. I walk into this bank to make deposits and immediately feel anxious because of how rude and disgusting the manager and tellers treat people. They don’t own up to their mistakes either and will always place blame on the customer meanwhile THEY are the ones who are trained to work at a bank. Please don’t bank here , I’m begging you
