Went to open an account for my 17 year old and was told she was leaving so she didn’t have time to help us. I understand wanting to go home, however I left work early to do this and was in the branch an hour before they closed. I called and made a complaint. The branch manager called me and decided it was a good idea to talk to me like I was 12 and be very condescending and disrespectful. When I called her out on being this way she did not care and continued to do so. Bottom line, after 15-20 years I’m so done with TD BANK.
