I have lived in two other states that have TD Banks and this Mechanicville branch is the bad apple out of any I have ever visited in prior years. Every time I have visited this branch there is always some sort of an issue,along with tellers Not having the greatest customer service skills at this location. Unfortunately every other branch is way further out of the way from my home location,but whenever I was able to visit these other branches customer service was always great and I never have a problem and transactions were always seamless. Instead of closing branches down in recent years that were close to me,TD should have closed this one down way beforehand.
