I am in a wheelchair and cannot walk, so what did this bank do to accommodate me? They took away their drive up and made it virtually impossible to get inside with my wheelchair. They have no parking for those with a disability and they have no way for you to open the door, I had to wait until someone was going in to open it for me. Likewise, they have a tiny, virtually nonexistent ramp to get my wheelchair up. When I complain about this, I am told ‘ we have so many ways for you to bank that is convenient, use the ATM, smartphone or computer.’ Well first, no this is not convenient, having a drive up is convenient like you always had in the past. Second, I have no smartphone and do not do online baking. You are holding my money hostage by using my disability against me. I will leave this bank for BNB, a local bank that actually cares about my disability and will give me access to my money in convenient ways, such as at a drive up rather then telling me what I 'should' do to get MY money.
