    I forgot to add the bank workers tried to tell me that it’s my job to get in contact with the check distributor not their job to check if it’s valid let me just show you what one search can inform you of. The bank failed to check for validity of finances, continued to put the finances in my account and are now telling me. It’s my fault because they didn’t do their job.

    The clerk on my visit was very friendly, however I was disappointed with my experience. I came in during my lunch for a wire transfer and was alerted that both individuals that could assist me were on a conference call for an hour. I have never been to a bank that there was nobody that could do a transfer because of a conference call.

    Their overdraft fees are a bit high but other than that, I love this bank. It's a big building and the staff are super polite and helpful. The debit card design is really pretty also.
