- LLLucyAug 31, 20252.0So funny how I joined this bank to avoid fraud claims, yet I have to call every few purchases. If that’s your issue, don’t come here. EVEN after I talked to a representative about not doing this to me again. How embarrassing g is it to have my card decline when out. Terrible. Then when I call they are “under maintenance”. I recommend going somewhere else.

If you need anything besides those 3 tasks don't bother coming because they will give u false information or tell you to call the number behind your card every time which is also useless because their call center is in India it seems.
