They are very disrespectful. This is not representative of other branches. This specific location needs the house cleaned; they all need to be retrained or fired. I am considering closing my account just because of my experience every time I go there.

I had left my bank card in the atm at Marcellus over the weekend , I call today to retrieve it , I spoke to a lady about it she was very rude in telling me “oh well there’s nothing we can do about it , cancel it “ then she hung up on me , literally . So I call back and spoke to a manager “Amanda” was her name , she is the “branch manager” what a joke . She was very passive aggressive and rude to me as well and hung up on me. How rude and unprofessional , I will be contacted corporate about this issue and I highly recommend ANY other bank than this pos , thank you !
