The branch manager and tellers have always been polite, helpful, and responsive. Wait times are usually minimal, and issues are resolved quickly.

Find a bank that respect the customer and their business and not a bank that send you a letter stating that they’re going to close your account and when we called, they failed to give us any reason. We never did any overdraft or bounced checks or anything. Just they don’t like us although we have 5 different accounts for each member in the family!!!!!
