  I went for a visit to take care of some things for my family's accounts and we had the pleasure of working with Harvinder Arora. She was kind, patient and professional. The notary Steve at the cubicle next to her was also very kind and helpful. We were very well taken care of and felt cared for as well. Highly recommend

  I was extremely disappointed with my experience here on December 27 2023 around 1:30PM. I had a specific inquiry and instead of providing me with proper guidance, the staff asked me to have a check re-written from another party with no explanation, even after she supposedly spoke with a manager. I have been a long term customer at Citibank and have recently moved to Manhasset. Unfortunately, the Manhasset branch was unable to service me so I went back to my old branch at Great Neck and they took care of me in less than 5 minutes. I will be back again and when I return, I expect your staff to be better trained.
