Employees, including manager, witnessed... even apologized for his behavior BUT DID NOTHING. After, they severed their relationship with him... but stayed very quiet about it. HOWEVER, I walked away feeling so insulted, degraded. Wow. #meToo Citibank, never never again anywhere.
