    Customer service is poor at this particular branch. They make up their own rules for your accounts (personal or commercial), how many deposits daily are allowed, and close early on random days that are not holidays.

    Worst Branch to go to I’ve never been so embarrassed and humiliated after being with KeyBank for over 10 years. I am going to have to get a new bank Joel Howard their personal banker do not go to him. He has somebody who probably goes home and play video games and think he’s some sort of superhero the manager Britney very rude. Very condescending to me on the phone would highly recommend both of them getting fired or get a new job they’re both incompetent people

    Worst Keybank location I have been to, the teller was no help, was unable to resolve my issue, and disclosed my personal information loudly with customers' in line.

    Terrible customer service. I sat in the drive-through as the ONLY customer and having sent my withdrawal for 4 minutes without even a greeting. When it came, it was just to say "I'll be with you in a minute." I have currently been sitting here for 15 minutes with no response, no acknowledgement and no service. I can't even leave, because the bank still has my i.d. This is absolutely ridiculous. Covid 19 does not give permission for poor customer service!
