- IKImran KhanFeb 19, 20141.0The worst run Citibank I've ever been to......it has a tiny parking lot which is frequently used by people who work at the nearby shops who leave their cars there all day. The bank does nothing about this and parking is a nightmare. They never have more than 2 tellers there out of 5 slots, even during the busiest part of the day. And if you're inside, the lines are long because they'll always give priority to the drive-thru regardless of who got there first. A trip here will never take less than half an hour no matter what you're coming here for.
