  Waiting in the drive through line for over 15mins, only 1 person working it seems (she was occupied with an older lady at the desk inside). Unable to leave as my cards (insurance + license) were inside, late in getting back to work. Rang the call teller again to ask for them to just send my cards back out so I can leave & finally someone showed up to the window (while the other lady was still helping the older woman inside)- said they would have it right now (w/ my withdraw)- another 8min- watched the other car get assistance from the lady inside who finished with the older customer, call the teller again for the woman who has my cards to say it'll just be a few more moments, I told her that I am now over 10min late to work & how I had got there before the other gentleman for well over 8min. Got my cards & left- no money & no time to get lunch (sat there for well over 20mins). Will definitely look around at other KeyBanks- no sense of urgency, no communication unless you chase it (hit the call button over 3x)...just an absolute NO.

  the Manager is rude she told another associate to charge me 5$ for a copy of a statement just because she didn't want to help ! went to Troy and they did it for free! place is as cold as the staff

  UPDATE 9/2... had to wait in drive-thru due to car in other lane being served first despite being next! 🤔#NOTHAPPY taking a star away quick, professional, personal (by name!) soooooo much better #DriveThruExperience than #HorribleWolfRdBranch (that ill never go back to!!!)

  Key bank is one of the worst banking establishments I have EVER been a part of... and I was involved with the class action lawsuit against Citizens bank 10 years ago... that should tell you something. My wife and I still can not get away from them. After multiple times trying to close our account they keep tracking on fees so we have to go back and pay them. Then we bring it back to zero and before it closes they tack on more fees. Usually I would blame the banker NOT the bank. But its ridiculous that after a month and a half we finally stopped paying them hundreds of dollars and our account still isnt closed. We are banking comfortably with SEFCU. SEFCU provided us a mortgage, several car loans and through them we are saving for our retirement. I hope you steer clear of this establishment at all cost. Its evident they do NOT have your best interest in mind.

  This branch is very unprofessional start from the teller. They think they have control on you because they manager your money. "The manager of this branch is rude, patronizing and unprofessional." She's feel pawerfull above of you unfortunately for Her this is "America We Are the people" Hope this bank isn't infeelter the wrong people to work in the bank. The Police is constaly there because the Rude women manager. Mrs Ibralic.
