The bank did not communicate anywhere any change in policy, either to customers directly or anywhere online. I will plan to close my accounts soon.

I don't bank with them myself but I do banking for other people because my job requires me to do so. It's like they're doing me a favor. They chit-chat with everyone at the teller window, how is grandma, how was your trip to Greece, who died, when are you going to Greece, etc. 10 people in line, no difference in speed.
