- PWPerlita WNov 23, 20241.0The worst branch anywhere. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. This is supposed to be a neighborhood bank, what a joke. The tellers never greet anyone, if you say hello they don’t answer. The employees (especially the tellers) trash talk customers in front of other customers. Never a thank you . AND don’t even think of asking to go to your safe deposit box . They get angry!!!! Are you serious? Management is equally horrible.
