  The manager is very rude, that branch needs to be improved, the guys in the bank service are not an educated persons. Do not recommend this place

  People here are very slow to attend and would rather put their friends first then people who been waiting for more than 15 minutes !

  VERY RUDE MANAGER and so the staff is, lake of knowledge, lot of females in staff , Need Men in the management to keep the branch moving, i am a Citi Gold member and do have Business account for over 8 years, went in for a Query on Business account, she said, your name is not on the list so you can't have any info, i said but i am a co signatory, she said no, next working day i took the whole book that i signed from 2011, and all these cheques were obviously been processed, the Rude Manger was called in to come listen, and she said no too, coz my name is not listed,and i asked why do your bank accept my signed cheques then,!!!! isn't crazzy!!!! i said WOW, what a Helpful and knowledge ful people here in Branch, The Branch Manager behavior was not like bankers !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! to far from that!!!!!!!! every Branch i went in before for Citi Bank, they all treat nice and care there customers, but the Branch is other way around, not saying Citi Bank is Bad, but this particular branch is so Bad to waste your time in,
