    Very bad customer service and attitude. I just draw some money from there asking for the envelopes to older women with a glass eye glass. She said I only have three. But asking for only one more. she said I only have three. she don’t want to give to me. then I asked to the other guy next to her he gave to me one. I am with City Bank over 30 years. Yeah, go to more business with this kind of attitude gas service. I can tell by the review now.

    I’ve been with Citibank for over 30 years and I am extremely disappointed with Citibank’s handling of my account closure. This was my only bank account where my paycheck and insurance payments are directly deposited. I was informed I would receive a letter explaining the reason for closure within 30 to 60 days, but in the meantime, I have had no access to my funds or clear communication from Citibank. This situation has caused me significant financial hardship, especially since I am currently on workers’ compensation due to a workplace accident and have limited ability to manage my account or make any changes. Citibank’s customer service has been unhelpful and slow to respond, making an already difficult situation even worse. I hope Citibank improves its communication and support for customers facing these kinds of urgent issues. suddenly my account has been closed and my
