- TTTheresaJun 5, 20251.0This bank it absolutely horrible! My credit card expired before they sent another. I told them I do not ever want that to happen again. My debit card expires end of June. Think they sent new one? Spoke to Michelle today who is absolutely horrible. Told her I leave for vacation the 25th. Think she cares? Think she is sending one i.b mail? Oh you will receive it on 12th plenty of time! I never received last one!! have a ton of money in this bank and sick of dealing with attitudes and excuses! Michelle should NOT be working with the public period. A supervisor will be handling this tomorrow and sending me a card ASAP or ill be taking my money elsewhere! Ridiculous!
