- ECEdward CapozzaSep 10, 20252.0Americu updated (changed) their online banking. Very diificult to use and is not beneficial to me. Someone at corporate decides to change things which I do not like and am stuck with. Aweful decision. Time to find a new credit union.

AMERICU, tried to leave her with no card, because after multiple transactions, they shut the card off on Memorial Day, when no one works. They don't care. It's good she had me to call to give my , OTHER BANKS, credit card number to make sure she gets home. Will be not doing business with Americu anymore . Not the first time they have had terrible customer service

Since the changes and updates I have experienced nothing but problems and sub par customer service. Everything is farmed out and there is nothing personal about this bank any longer, hours on the phone to resolve simple issues, in person service is nonchalant and its an annoyance to for them to assist you . It has been 3 weeks and their mistake is still not resolved. Extremely disappointed.
