- SHSean HSep 16, 20251.0Worst branch! Walked in to make a deposit and only 1 teller helping another person. There were 2 other people doing anything else but helping me. I ended up walking out. I should have known better and went to the other branch. Think its about time to close my accounts and go to a real bank!

- EEedgeninjaSep 21, 20205.0Please be advised, as of March 2020 due to the COVID pandemic, this branch's temporary hours are Monday-Friday 9AM-3PM and Saturday 9AM-1PM. Masks are required, social distancing must be observed and all account openings/amendments and safe deposit box visits are by appointment only. My family and I have been patrons of this bank since the 1980s. And let me tell you, my parents are VERY finnicky when it comes to financial institutions. Never have I heard them complain about this Queens County Savings. The staff have always been friendly, helpful and go above and beyond to make sure their customers leave satisfied (both my parents are elderly and tend to bombarde people with questions). They took the time to sit down with my mom and upgrade her to Elite Gold status so she'd get higher CD rates and would no longer have to pay for her safe deposit box. They have a financial consultant on staff who will happily open you up to the world of investing while being literally paid to look out for your best interests. You would be hard-pressed to find one of the large banks in this day and age (lookin' at you, Citi) work so diligently to make sure you achieve your financial goals.
