As always when I go to the Ridgewood bank in Lindenhurst I am always greeted with a smile and courtesy and how can I help you. I would like to take a moment to sincerely thank Carlos Moreira, Customer Service Supervisor. The patience and knowledge this man gave to me was unbelieveable. He put alot of time and engery to solve the complicated problem. He is definitely knowledgeable of his position and handled each part of the problem carefully and efficiently. When I came into the bank I was not sure how it was going to turn out, but he reassured me it would all turn out well and it did. I can't thank him enough for the courtesy and kindness and the results he accomplished for my situation. I can honestly say with all sincerity that he is a professional in every sense and an asset to Ridgewood Savings bank.
