- LVLyric VillageMay 19, 20221.0horrible service, the worker was rude, she talked over & ignored me the entire time i was there, as well as directing all the information about my account to the person i was with (who has no access or connection), and socializing instead of doing her job. what should have taken 45 minutes took almost 2 and a half hours because of her messing up so many times. hopefully it was just this employee, since i've had other pleasant experiences there before
