  I have tried calling several times at different hours over a few days the same man answers the phone puts me on hold and never picks up again

  Guess I should have read these reviews before using an ATM at this location but who woulda thought. I’ve never had an experience like this before and I’m furious. went to withdraw $1200 to make a cash payment and the ATM had an error, says I wasn’t charged yet $1200 is gone from my account. Now just like others they said maybe… MAYBE I’ll get it back in 45 days. Once this is resolved I am immediately switching to another bank.

  Worst ATM I have ever been too. Not the first time this happened. Can’t believe I just deposited $1500 cash in atm in this holiday season to have it disappear. At 4am Before going to work. NEEDED this funds EXTREMELY bad, exiting a pandemic and entering winter and Thanksgiving being this week. These repeated experience Has put me in the position to never want to bank with Capital one Again. The issues are too frequent. It’s always something with them. And I bank with BOA, chase, TD, Citibank and, by far Capital one is the worst..account still at 36.42$ dollars

  By far the worst bank. The drive up ATM’s are more of an inconvenience then helpful, they are usually not working in some capacity. I’ve have my card get stuck and sucked back into the machine. I’ve had money get stuck in the dispenser and get sucked back in. It doesn’t read certain checks that are computer generated. The service is as slow as molasses god forbid you need to go to a teller inside. I dread it when I have to deposit or withdraw any money. It’s gotten to the point that I will drive 15 minutes into Plainview to do transactions because there equipment always works and takes all my checks. Oh, by the way the bank closes at 12:00 on a Saturday. That’s better than “bankers hours” HORRIBLE.

  I see a lot of people gave bad review's but go down the block to TD bank then you'll see how good this bank really is
