I asked her how would I have to pay for 300US$? " Ican't tell you, you have to tell me how much C$ you want to exchange".. the lady behind the counter had no clue how to do it...she needed the supervisor to stand behind her and direct her + 2 more trainees watching from behind , one carried the printout for the printer. In the middle of talking to me, all 4 of them turned to another customer who came after me (!!??) I had 4 bank employees changing my 300 C$... this is probably the "trainee branch" where they come to learn when they join the bank..? I felt like I was in a small village in Ethiopia and not in Lawrence NY. not recommended. and have a wonderful day...
