I was told I had to have an account to do so, which seems a little ridiculous. Then I was asked if I wanted to open an account, and it was clear that my doing so would be more beneficial to the teller than to me. Why would I want to open an account when my only experience with the company was asking to do something simple and they couldn’t handle that small task…
