- ALapollo licataDec 27, 20251.0Ed the bank representive exsplained he had a box of pennys and they were in the fault he would hold them ,so i went down to pick them up and he told me to come get them the next buisness day ,so that what i did , and he came to me and said there gone he said he would hold them so i havd change for my buisness , but the biggest failure Ed told me huntigton and syoyset has security boxes ,so i asked him to call to double check and again i was mislead nothing was availiable at eiether location ....Ed seems like a nice person but a total failure on fufilling promises said promises never fufilled, i recomend don I t go to this location unless you want to be trolled . Poor customer service

- KLKenneth LiaoMay 5, 20183.0Most of the tellers are nice most of the time, but they can occasionally have their bad days just like anyone else. They do not have a drive-thru, and they do not have a coin-counting machine, and they will not accept coin deposits. In fact, the teller made me feel like a jerk for bringing in my change. She told me to take my coins down to the Coinstar machine at the Stop & Shop down the road where you have to pay a fee (12% iirc).
