  My brother went to this bank to wire me money, and the experience was extremely unprofessional. Even after he provided all the required information, the employee continued to question him about our relationship, despite the fact that we share the same last name. She then began making unnecessary comments about the situation, saying she “didn’t want him getting scammed,” and questioning why he was sending a wire instead of giving me a check. When she saw my address, she continued to criticize the decision by saying things like, “He’s right here, why wouldn’t you just give him a check?” The reality is that I’m currently away at school and not home, which is why a wire transfer was necessary. That is not something a bank employee needs to judge or comment on. Instead of simply doing her job, she made the process uncomfortable, invasive, and unnecessarily difficult. When my brother pushed back, she even mumbled under her breath, which was completely unprofessional. Customers should not feel judged or questioned about their personal financial decisions when they are following proper procedures. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this bank.

  Td bank located in ronkonkoma phone service is awful. I can-not reach them. No matter what time of day you call, their answering service comes on stating that they are closed.

  Horrible service!!! They dont know anything they are talking about at all!! Rude, unhelpful and totally dont care about their customers and their money at all. If I could give zero stars I would!!
