- KKKpopgamerJun 30, 20251.0There is ALWAYS something going on with my money and they never call or anything. Closed my main account and never told me. Called wonder where my account went on app so I could get my disability money and they said oh we closed that 20 days prior. They lied to my husband about our money coming in cuz earlier last week hubby called they told him he should check back in a few days. Staff is unhelpful and have no idea why a lot of issues and security breaches keep happen. Garbage bank. Avoid at all costs!
