  I came in this morning to cash a state issued check. Obviously I knew the teller would need id but not only did she demand my ids like I was an idiot, she rolled her eyes and acted like I was an inconvenience to her day. After that she informed me that since my husbands name was also on the check that id have to bring him along. When I showed confusion, she got snippy and said well that’s it sorry. Then walked away without acknowledging my frustration or trying to help. SO RUDE. Oh and whoever was managing your store this morning was one of the most unpleasant people I’ve ever met. I’ll never ever ever go back.

  My mother had an original "power of attorney" document drawn up from her lawyer in order to deposit checks into her account with my fathers name on it. After waiting 25 mins. in line they wouldn't deposit the check!Our lawyer said that this should not have been an issue at all. She will close out her account and I will take her to my bank where we will be treated with courtesy!!! I give this bank 0 stars.

  Called this branch to see if I could exchange American dollars for pounds. I should have planned better, because they only had euros and I was leaving the next day. Pablo, one of the employees at the branch, immediately offered to call around to other branches in the area to see if any had pounds in stock. No other branches in the area did, but I was so impressed with the customer service. Calling the other branches took several hours, and he did his best to help me when he could have just told me his branch didn’t have pounds and stopped there. He also gave me a corporate number to call and said they’d be able to express delivery of the currency. He went above and beyond - thanks Pablo!
