I came in this morning to cash a state issued check. Obviously I knew the teller would need id but not only did she demand my ids like I was an idiot, she rolled her eyes and acted like I was an inconvenience to her day. After that she informed me that since my husbands name was also on the check that id have to bring him along. When I showed confusion, she got snippy and said well that’s it sorry. Then walked away without acknowledging my frustration or trying to help. SO RUDE. Oh and whoever was managing your store this morning was one of the most unpleasant people I’ve ever met. I’ll never ever ever go back.

I’ve had Wellsfargo as my primary bank for almost 25yrs and the experience has always been prefect top class customer service.I have recently relocated up North and frequently have to use this branch in Kingston and I have to stay it’s the absolute worst of all the branches. Lines are always long with either 1 or 2 tellers at the front desk, then trying to bypass the line by using the ATM is always of out order. Please do better!!!!!!! Not too much to ask.

A few months ago I posted a review of how Wells Fargo did not handle a direct deposit and check request in a timely fashion. Well, they remedied the error and provided me free checks and extended a promotion opportunity for an account I recently opened. Good customer service in response to an error!

I have never been more displeased with a bank in my entire life. After banking with Wells Fargo for over 10 years it has come time for me to close my accounts since I no longer live in the area. I was told the only way to do this was to do so in person and that it could not be done over the phone. After leaving work two hours early and driving an hour to arrive here I was told they could not process my request to close an account and the only way to do so is by appointment. However, I was never notified of over the phone. I am currently in the process of purchasing a home and I need to move my money to a local bank. Although I guess Wells Fargo doesn’t care about their customers personal financial needs and responsibilities. What if I moved out of the country and my family desperately needed outstanding money in a Wells Fargo account. You’re going to tell me I can’t close the account and I’ll just continuously be charged the 10$ fee for every time period I haven’t met the minimum balance? I will need to pay thousands of dollars for a flight just so I can close my account? I mean really how archaic is this. Unbelievable I will never bank with you again.
