I finally reached somebody today and was given a lot of attitude about trying to make a loan payment over the phone. The two ladies sounded very bothered and made me feel as If I was inconveniencing them. When asked how would I expect them to take my payment over the phone, I was baffled as they should be giving me options and instructions not asking me how to do their job. I will finish by stating that I have had good service there in the past, and maybe these two woman were having an off day or had a case of the "Mondays". Disappointing.
