I visited the branch to find out why I was being charged a fee, as I was never informed that the account terms had changed. The employee who assisted me was completely indifferent, unprofessional, and clearly uninterested in helping. He did not explain the situation properly, did not offer any alternatives, and made no attempt to help me avoid these unnecessary fees. When I told him I would close my account, he responded with “okay” and showed absolutely no concern or effort to retain a business client. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially for a business account. The staff’s attitude reflects very poorly on this branch. I strongly do not recommend this location to anyone.

But the limited banking hours make it difficult to run across NYC/Queens and honestly I’ll go out of my way to only deal with this branch for the feeling of safety and feeling secure with doing my banking at this branch

The representative comes in after what I will assume was her lunch hour and just picked the very first person she saw to take care of her. They never do anything right the first time and I have to come back at least two more times for them to get it right. So tired and disappointed at this bank. OOOMMMGGG. Just hit return to submit this review and not only did they took someone else that just walked in ahead of me but ahead of the people that are after me. Incredible.
