The representative comes in after what I will assume was her lunch hour and just picked the very first person she saw to take care of her. They never do anything right the first time and I have to come back at least two more times for them to get it right. So tired and disappointed at this bank. OOOMMMGGG. Just hit return to submit this review and not only did they took someone else that just walked in ahead of me but ahead of the people that are after me. Incredible.

Lack of interest in caring for your clients always looking for how not to be attentive, helpful, willing to help with smile. This picture says it all. This is not a position I caught him seating right in front of me (the client) that is his normal way of doing business with all the clients that were before me as well. It is perfectly depict and summarize TD Bank. The transaction was completed after an unnecessary waiting period but bad taste for the TD Bank continue. If you looking for a better experience check Capital One across the street or Flagstar next to it
