  Favorite branch in Queens situated in a quiet neighborhood. Parking in rear. Comfortable guest chairs. Staff are courteous and professional, Melissa and Angelica are awesome! They had some minor technical issues but kept trying until the situation was resolved. Worth going out of your way for outstanding service with a personal touch!

  Horrible! Cashier was on the phone while she was supposed to be helping me and then went and misspelled my check. What should have taken a few minutes took over a half hour with horrendous customer service

  Three months ago a teller at this branch told me that I couldn't deposit checks issued under my name in custodial accounts that I opened for my children, but she was corrected by the branch manager. Today, Diane, the same teller, I believe, raised the same issue and went in the back office to consult with perhaps a different branch manager who must have told her the same thing as the previous one for she came back to the window and accepted the checks for deposit. The poor rating is for: (1) the rudeness of the corpulent teller,Diane, who is too lazy to familiarize herself with the banking rules regarding custodial accounts and ended up making the same mistake twice. And (2), the inordinate length of time that I had to wait because of the teller's lack of knowledge as well as her unapologetic attitude. Those staff, whose reading comprehension is not up to par and/or who are too inept to take the initiative to read banking rules/regulations that impact their job performance, should be briefed on the specifics of banking policies regarding custodial accounts so that the situation described hereinabove ceases to reoccur. And such was suggested in a phone conversation, today, with the branch manager.
