- CBCindy BeckmanSep 5, 20251.0If you have more than 1 account,( credit card and car payment)make sure you note it on the statement what account the payment is for and again repeat it to the teller,also check your receipts because they put payments on the wrong account,i usually check the receipt every time but one day I for some reason did not notice that the payment was put on the wrong account ( beginning of june) and i notified them as soon as i noticed when i was puting the paid statement away so i called and said the payment went to the wrong account it took all month for them to fix it and they charged me a late payment on the car loan and still to this day have not fixed it ,
