I went branch 3 times and was promised a call back by staff … Guess no call back and when I went to branch back today 2 staff members were trying to fix vault combos in middle of day leaving no one on platform to service . I had to wait 45 min . 2 peolple in vault fixing combos and 1 teller in platform ….Just not bad decision but bad service too .
