- AAArsalan AhmedNov 11, 20251.0I have been to many td bank locations staff were very nice I always open account on td bank but unfortunately this time my experience on this branch was worst lady named Nadia she was very rude firstly she didnot have smile her atitude energy was so bad we had appointment with someone then person told us to go to Nadia we said ok but after we went her she was not answering question keep interepting us I don’t understand if you don’t like job why don’t you leave when you do job it’s your duty to be nice with customer leave you bad atitude and energy in home never go to Nadia she has very very bad atitude me and my wife has worst experience ever it’s better to go different td branch bank

Shocked at how rude & unprofessional they were here . Especially a woman working there called Nadia. I’ve been to many good td banks , but this location was the only one where me and many others received bad treatment. Will be taking our services elsewhere .
