- SYSuwei YangJul 13, 20241.0DON’T GO HERE! The staff were extremely rude and disrespectful, and the rates are ridiculously high. I wanted to exchange my remaining RMB to USD, and they kept insisting it was too little for travel, making assumptions without asking me anything. The girl even started laughing after I decided to exchange. So freaking rude and unprofessional! Worst customer service I’ve experienced at JFK.
