- DTDark ThorJun 22, 20171.0This place is a joke, I waited 40 minutes on line to get a money order , tellers behind counter are mad slow and they talk to each other while doing transactions and laughing on each other's joke as if that's the last time they are gonna be able to talk.... only two tellers were there even though the line was huge .... Citi banks service is good I have no complains but the manager working there on that particular branch needs to be changed or needs to learn customer service, it makes them look bad especially as we all know that's a prime location.
