When you are a power of attorney there is something that they can allow you to do and there are some things you can do like if you don't have a pin number you can only do withdrawal. The Tellers were very professional add courteous and understood my position 👍🏽

Utter shame. Do better Citibank. Everyone is paying for parking or hurrying to and from public transportation and don't want to line up for 30 to 45 minutes to do a single transaction.

This experience has been so negative that my family and I have decided to close all our City bank accounts as of today. We believe it's important for City to be aware of the impact Ms. Battle's conduct has on your customers.
