I went up to a teller and was told there’s nothing that can’t be done. Is this right, ( seeing that there was just 2 of us waiting) you’re on your work time getting paid to do your job. I been to other branches and never encountered such madness. I’ve worked with customers/ clients everyday. “ customer’s is priority especially in such business “ About is a picture of the employees.

When you are a power of attorney there is something that they can allow you to do and there are some things you can do like if you don't have a pin number you can only do withdrawal. The Tellers were very professional add courteous and understood my position 👍🏽
