Giuseppe Castiglione went above and beyond for me and that is something I will always remember and why I’ll continue to utilize this credit union in the future. Monica was the person that set up my auto loan from terminal 8 and she was such a helpful and professional loan officer and Diane Vega is also great in that office.

Online banking was shocked that the branch was unable to help me with such an easy matter. I guess the new stuff is not properly trained.

I once had to email headquarters and even then local manager that got in touch with me was much less than professional, very rude and over charged me for a $1k loan. I only use them now for emergency savings account
