- SSShahin ShadinApr 3, 20251.0I’m a business customer in Dime bank. I had a very bad experience on March 24 with assistant manager. Assistant manager Jeff Geneus does not have manager skills. He is rude and unwelcoming. Dime is supposed to be a community bank, and it should help the community, but he does not offer help. I always see a new employee there, and they are always treated badly by him because they are very busy with their own stuff. They don’t care the customer.

There are 2 original staff members that have kept their customer service skills and are the reason I’m sure long-time customers even return. New management can’t compare to previous years. All funds will be taken to another institution.
