- SSShahin ShadinApr 3, 20251.0I’m a business customer in Dime bank. I had a very bad experience on March 24 with assistant manager. Assistant manager Jeff Geneus does not have manager skills. He is rude and unwelcoming. Dime is supposed to be a community bank, and it should help the community, but he does not offer help. I always see a new employee there, and they are always treated badly by him because they are very busy with their own stuff. They don’t care the customer.

She has proven both efficient and highly knowledgeable in resolving all of my banking needs, and has always made me feel that I am cared about and in good hands. There are 2 original staff members that have kept their customer service skills and are the reason I’m sure long-time customers even return. New management can’t compare to previous years. All funds will be taken to another institution.
