- CCCNov 20, 20251.0Gave me a huge song and dance about rates. Conflicting info. about interest rates from local office and corporate. Will went so far as to say if I didn't like the rates then maybe I should close my accounts and move my money elsewhere!! My spouse almost walked out right there. Both told me my rate would not change but it did exactly when I said it would. I think they thought I was some stupid senior who wouldn't notice. So, this week they lost $500K and will also not be getting another $4-500k from other assets. If $1M means nothing to them, that's ok with me. I will be getting substantially more interest elsewhere. I will not be back no matter how good key bank rates go after the way I was lied to. Employees could sure use some customer service training!
