- GHGerard HesseNov 10, 20251.0Had a CD which was maturing this month. I faxed, emailed and called my rep with highly specific instructions on how to handle the funds. The net result? They 100% ignored my written and verbal requests and did as they pleased, regardless of my instuctions. When contacted, they were highly defensive and could not promise it would be taken care of prompty. It's still not resolved. WARNING: They did as they please once they got my funds. BEWARE.

I got two payments processed at once today, I called the and the representative told me with a rude tone “um…we are open as a courtesy on a Saturday“ LOL, OK Also my creditors reported on my credit report that I have a missed payment for my first month which is not true. What a HORRIBLE experience and it’s only month 2.
