When I opened my account - they needed Two forms of state ID, my Social security number and proof of address. I guess undocumented immigrants get a free pass.

I was told to open an account at another bank because the one I had opened for my son was compromised, and he wasn't allowed to get a new account. Clearly they don't value their customers if Im being told to bank elsewhere. Service was really poor today Citi.
