I got transferred 3 times just for someone to put me on hold for 20 min after hearing my question. I hanged ip after 20 min. It would take them 4 sec to answer but THEY DONT CARE about customers. 1 800 number is more of a joke. 30 min wait times. Who wants to bank here. Im moving all of my 4 accounts elsewhere where Im appreciated. Typical NY b.s.
