Greenlawn east Northport…. 30 minutes to make it up to the front desk on a Saturday morning. “Americas most convenient bank” turns into a bank no one wants to deal with and can’t service their customers.
- RARobert AchtzigerApr 4, 20201.0As a regular customer I NEVER had any issues until this week I called the branch to inquire about transferring some $$ to CD and was told by a teller that Ann was busy with a customer which is OK but needed to speak to Nellie since he told me a CD is considered an investment but I was clear this is not an investment but a simple CD After 3 days I never received a call back and tried to do this on line and than I have been on hold for 42 minutes today to get some answers! This is all UNNACEPTABLE and now believe TD BANK " THE WORLDS MOST INCONVENIENT AND ARROGANT BANK" You simply cant reach a human being!!!

Unfortunately the service provided at this specific location is terrible and has made me dread going to the bank anytime I need assistance. The people here really dont care about your experience they don't take customers seriously. If you have to go to a TD Bank for ANYTHING please dont go to this one. I wish I knew the name of the one guy who actually provided perfect customer service one time - just to give him credit for doing his job but unfortunately I don't and he was the only one there I've had a good experience with.
