- SSSRM Sounds1 day ago1.0When they were NEFCU, they had their BS with them. Halted a sale back then in their words, to prevent fraud and protect me, I lost the crack at taking advantage of a sale on its last day to the tune of 1/2 off on a $2,000 item! When I called they said it was the merchant.. when in the end it was them! This time, I deposited a check for over $13,000.00 and being made to wait more than two weeks to see a penny of it.. Not telling me up front, but then when I returned to ask why no portion of the monies was being released, they asked me if I had judgements? That the check was on administrative hold.. as if it was someone on the outside.. when it was them! Then asked me to produce the stub portion to show the check was legitimate? Then wouldn’t cash a second check for $250.00 Talk about things that give me motivation!! I guess they need my $13k to lend out? Put on the stock market? Bet on some games? Surely they didn’t think I would believe it takes two weeks to clear a freaking check. They are making money on my money while the repairs to my business are on hold.. Oh yes.. the BBB is going to hear about this one.
