- DSDavid SJun 13, 20241.0UPDATE 1) About a year ago, Citibank also incorrectly charged us $400 in service fees and required multiple personal visits to fix it 2) Now, they sent a letter in the US Mail they will do the same in another account. We have a "Priority" account specifically to avoid that. 3) They have made automated calls at 1AM regarding our Citi Costco Visa. We never keep a balance -- it is an obvious screw up. ORIGINAL REVIEW I'm fine with this branch, but after over 20 years with Citibank, I really hate Citibank. They spam me and will not stop, I have to drive 20 minutes to deposit a check, their online check deposit doesn't work, their Internet banking has many bugs, and it's difficult to get meaningful help without calling someone specifically at my branch. The only reason I haven't changed is because I don't want to go to the trouble. I know Fidelity is better. I would not recommend Citibank to an enemy.
