Trustco Bank has become like a scammer , the overdraft, omg - u won’t get a chance at all to make the overdraft positive they will take money from u right away lol. Other well-known banks are a million times better than Trustco, that’s for sure. Their transaction systems are absolutely terrible — holding money, Zelle issues, money-tracking problems, online banking glitches, and some specific branches are extremely unprofessional, especially in their behavior.
