Banked there for 2 of our businesses and 2 personal accounts forever. Never received a bill, only loan statements with ZERO. They said we owe the $250.00 fee. Danielle Palmateer said they would send it to collections if we didn't pay it. Explained again we closed 3 years ago. She said they would go after personally then. The manager or loan manager, Jason Miscevis won't/can't waive it. What horrible customer service. Time to find a new bank!!!
