- NBNorberto BetancourtDec 22, 20222.0Camila was the meanest manager at this branch in Howard Beach, I tried to open an account with this bank but Camlia didn't care about the report I got from the Chexsystem and I shown her the letter that I paid in full and she thinks I own other banks money and she said that I had account abuse which is false she keeps declining me to open an account and she denied the chexsystem letter that I paid in full, she doesn't have the rights to do that to a poor customer and I called customer service to make a complaint on the NYCB branch manager named Camlia and she's not really a nice lady at all

If you are going through the drive thru they will skip you for someone who walks in. When I was a teller I used to take a line of 10 customers down in only 5 minutes. No customer likes waiting 20 minutes for a simple withdrawal.
