- MMMuhammed MiahJul 24, 20251.0I was at the branch today for a new debit card. This is my second time in this month i’ve been there and there’s no help at all. The person was refusing to give me the new card because they can’t verify my phone number. They’re saying i have to verify my old phone number. Two numbers that i used since 2015 to 2022. This new phone number I’ve been using since 2022. So i called through the TD bank app and person on the phone told me i have only one number which is the current number i’m using and the bank shouldn’t have any problem given me my bank card. I don’t have any idea why the bank has those old phone numbers i’m not using. Also I’ve updated my number 3 years ago as soon i got it. Very poor service of the bank.
